Greetings. At present there are 2 rooms available (room 1 and room 3). Room three is downstairs, room four is upstairs (16'6 x 9'9 and going into another room, cupboard space, 13'3 x 6'8), room one is upstairs and room two is upstairs. When visiting, you can view remaining rooms. Room three is furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes and a desk with additional space to add furniture if you wish. It has an original varnished wooden floor with a stunning tiled fireplace. There are two doors to this room one going to the entrance hall and the second going to a utility space leading to either the conservatory or the downstairs bathroom (where the shower though communal is only used by the person occupying room 3). Room 4 is considerably larger. It has been basically furnished (includes double bed, desk and easy chair) as it goes into another room which has plenty of cupboards and drawers which leaves the room to be further furnished as you want. Room 1 is furnished with large built-in wardrobes, drawers, shelves and a now included double bed. Room 2 is furnished with large built-in wardrobes, drawers and a double bed. All rooms are supplied with locks and keys. The house is very original (Edwardian) with a wide hallway leading to a beautifully large kitchen which has a built in fridge, electric cooker, dining table with chairs etc. The kitchen leads to the conservatory which has an additional fridge, a freezer and a view of the garden. The lounge is spacious with two sofa's, an arm chair and a log fireplace. The upstairs shower room is fitted with a modern suite comprising large walk-in shower cubicle. The downstairs bathroom has a half bath with shower attachment and washing machine. Both bathroom and shower room have toilets and wash basin. The house is located 5 mins from Mountbatten centre, 1 min from Tesco's and 1 min from bus routes (going into the city centre or out to further parts of Portsmouth).
