The house is a 4 bedroom in a quiet area of North end, it is a short walk to the local shops. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with major buses using as their route. It is close to the high street.

The bedroom is a furnished double room (13ft 8in x 8ft 6in approx 4.18m x 2.6m) with a single built in wardrobe with shelf above and 2 chest of drawers with the option of a wardrobe from the spare bedroom if that’s what’s preferred, I am happy to move some furniture around to accommodate you. The tv can play dvds but would need a freeview box to watch telly.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom with bath and shower attached. There is cupboard space also.

The kitchen is large with cupboard space, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The conservatory is large with a sofa, a freezer and a tumble drier.

There is a nice parking space to accommodate cars of all occupants.

There is no smoking in the house so all smoking is confined to either the front or back of the house.

I require £50 to hold the room which will then be taken off the first months rent.
