I live alone and am looking for someone to utilize my spare room to help me with the bills. large double bedroom with large draws and triple wardrobe. new refurbished shared bathroom with shower and bath. and most important the cutest cat ever! Only 5 minute walk to north end shops. This is my home so everything you need is available from washing machine to internet. All i ask if that you treat it with the same respect as i do. if you cant do that then please do not apply.

i ideally would like someone quiet-ish who maybe works evenings so that we each get our own space. must love cats!
