Fully-furnished room on quiet garden side in newly renovated and well loved Victorian home. All bills included. The room has plenty of storage and opportunities for further artwork on walls for more personalisation.

The shared open plan kitchen/diner is light and bright, fully equipped, and has direct access onto the south facing garden. There is a shared shower room, and a downstairs WC.

The house is conveniently situated just a 5 min walk from London Road, which has both an Aldi (7 min walk) a Lidl (8 min walk), and loads of other shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. There are also buses that go pretty much everywhere in the city, including Portsmouth University, and QA hospital in Cosham.

We would be looking for a young professional or mature student (sorry no couples) who likes their own company but who would also be OK to socialise with us, as we are both friendly, sociable people! We are young professionals, and enjoy sports, travelling, and cooking.

Being clean and tidy is a must and someone who doesn't mind helping us with general chores/cleaning. Sorry no smoking and no pets. The room is for single occupancy.

Room available from 12st of November onwards. Will be asking for references or proof of rent payment at your previous address.
