Double Room in newly decorated 3 bedroom maisonette in North End, Portsmouth.
I am a young professional, recently separated looking for a lodger to cover the bills. I am a bubbly individual though often inundated with work as well as very active, therefore this would not suit someone looking for a house which is particularly loud as I am not around an awful lot.
Although living in a block, you rarely hear the other tenants.
"Bills Included" means: Electricity, Gas, Water, Waste Water, Council Tax and Wi-Fi Broadband. - If the bills are greatly increased (over and above the average amount for two people), I will reserve the right to ask for further monies to cover the cost.
Maisonette has plumbed in Washing Machine. You would be responsible for own washing/cost of washing supplies, though am happy to share airers, washing line, airing cupboard etc.
Fitted kitchen including gas hob and oven; ample cupboard space for storage of food, though fridge would be shared.
There is no TV licence but I would be willing to allow the purchase of one should it be required (at your own expense).
I don't mind sharing with a smoker, but the actual maisonette is non-smoking (at the behest of the Landlord) therefore you would need to smoke outside.
IF SHORT TERM LET: WILL REQUEST £100/WEEK.
