There are two rooms available. Good sized rooms. Will be furnished with new double bed, mattress, wardrobe, cube shelving unit, desk and chair.

There is a fully equipped shared kitchen and bathroom.

All bills included.

The rooms are on the top floor of a pub. There is separate access to flat via the garden which will allow access 24/7.
Possible opportunity to work some shifts in the pub if that is of interest to potential tenants.

I live in the pub on a separate private floor. I have three kids who stay on my floor a few nights of the week a dog.
