I am looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely modern house in northend Portsmouth. The room available is a double en-suite room which comes with:
brand new double bed and mattress
mounted flat-screen TV
chest of drawers
wardrobe
desk and chair

In the communal kitchen you'll find:
2 x fridges/freezes
2x ovens
1x hobs
Kettle
toaster
microwave
washing machine,

There is also a setting area next to the kitchen that comes with a large flat-screen TV.

On the second floor of the house you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer.

All bills are included: council tax, water, gas and electric and Wifi.

Room available to move in from the 25th of October, however I might be flexible with this date depending on my start date on the new job. Able to videos of property if requested and available for in person viewings.
