A clean, pet free and well maintained home

We are a family of 2 adults (Parent) and our teenage son 19yrs of age who is in full time employment. We are looking for a responsible, conscientious young adult to share our living space as our daughter has moved out for her Uni studies. There is an upstairs bathroom which is used by my son and can be shared. My husband and I have our bedroom downstairs and a walk in shower so we will not be using the upstairs bathroom. The space is very private and homely. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with one room being occupied by our son. The middle bedroom (posted on spare room) and then a spare bedroom being used as my study. The kitchen is downstairs and we have a lovely enclosed private garden. There is also a bike shed in the garden. The room comes furnished with double wardrobe, small double bed with storage, working desk, another storage that can be used for books, shoes and a vanity.
