Parkside House with Sea Views

I have one single and one double room available in our modern 3 bed - 3 bath house. Beautiful area with lots of green parks and woods nearby.
Large shared socialable kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine and tumbler. All mod cons incl. Sky and Wifi. Easy transport links, motorway links are on the doorstep plus buses in all directions stop outside the house, and railway is 10 minute walk away. Plenty of free parking at rear of property.
This is a town house (3 floors) overlooking large playing fields which are alongside Tipner lake, although this is actually the sea with a man made costal path and defences. It is a Sports Heritage site so there are lots of sporting facilities here - outdoor cycling velodrome, running track, gyms, swimming, gymnastics, social club, bowls and more.
On the top floor of the house are 2 rooms plus a bath/shower room. All have just been refurbished/decorated so everything is new, including beds, bedding and furniture. Dependant on what is required, I sometimes have 2 people in the 2 separate rooms or just rent out the entire top floor to be used as you wish. I can offer washing and cooking facilities in the large kitchen diner and utility room, or come to some arrangement if meals etc were to be provided.
I am quiet and respectful of people who stay here, and definitely don't have noisey friends or neighbours or parties.
