Double Room In Luxury Apartment

Hi, I have a well sized double room to let in a two bedroomed apartment. the room is available now as previous roommate has moved in with her partner.
This is a large flat furnished to a high standard. The room is comfortable quiet and is fully furnished with built in wardrobe, new mattress, and new carpet.
The rest of the flat is large with comfortable lounge, bathroom, kitchen, there is use of garage at rear of property for storage ect.
The apartment has sky T. V. and wirelees broadband, and the kitchen has all essential appliances, such as washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave.
The flat is a five minute walk to shops and bus routes, and a short journey to Commercial road, and Gunwharf.
You would be sharing with myself, who is a professional very friendly and easygoing.. I live a busy life and often am away from home, so am not around the flat all of the time..
