2 double rooms in northend

we are looking for 2 professionals to share our shared 4 bed home in northend. There is a small double which is available now and is £300 a month and a very large double with a massive built in wardrobe which is available now this is £330 a month both are fully furnished. The house is a few doors away from northend high street with good transport links and great motorway access. There is a shared living room, large kitchen downstairs wc and upstairs bathroom with toilet there is a garden and patio area. Water and council tax bills are included but gas and electric is split between the tenants. there is broadband available at a small cost split between any tenants that wish to use it.
