1 x double room in modern house

I have recently moved
Into the property everything is very modern with a large open plan kitchen diner that opens into a spacious garden. I often work away so tenant must be trustworthy.

The room for rent is a large double suite fully furnished. Also open to couples applying however a new rate would be discussed upon application.

I do own a dog she is a shitszu who has a very quiet, loving an has a clam
Temperament an is happily occupied in the large garden tenant must be dog friendly.

I am a very tidy person so applicant needs to be clean an respectful of that. An above all trustworthy with my working routine as they would be in the house on their own often.
