Furnished Double Room - Bill Included.

I am looking for an individual to share my lovely Victorian town house in Northend. Not bothered if male or female, but must be working and able to pay the rent. I own a cat so do not want to not have another pet owner. I'm a teacher who works quite a lot but I do like a fairly calm home when I'm not working. There is a shared lounge with Sky TV, wifi internet access but not landline. The bills are split between us and £450 covers rent and bills.(£500 for couples) There is a separate dining room with access to the outside. The house is fully furnished and the room is also furnished. There is a third bedroom in the house that is currently being used as a study with space for a work station and extra storage if required.
