The room is west facing, looking out onto the garden and has a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, shelves, radiator, TV point and laminate flooring.

The rest of the house consists of 2 other bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and electric shower. Downstairs is a lounge, dining room, kitchen and downstairs toilet. There is a large rear garden and street parking.

I am a 33 year old live in landlady living with and a 29 year old female tenant, we are professionals who are friendly and sociable enjoying a quiet household. I am looking for a considerate, trustworthy and friendly FEMALE lodger who will have shared use of the house and fit in with our busy lives. Please note I have a cat.

The house is located on the middle of a lovely street opposite a primary school. The parking is good at weekends and evenings but busy during school hours.

It is 10 minutes walk to London Road or Copnor Road where there are main bus routes, takeaways, cafes, pubs, a Sainsburys, LIDL, CO-OP and Tesco Garage. The road has good access to the M27 and the Eastern Road.
