I’ve lived in this house since it was built in 2019. I’d like to get better use out of it by making available a spare double bedroom to rent.
The room itself is a decent size. It has its own Sky HD box and Apple TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The main bathroom is modern as you would expect for a relatively new home and not used by myself as I have an en-suite.
The house itself has parking and is about a 20 minute walk from Southampton Airport Parkway where direct trains to London take about 1hr 10mins.
The room let includes a monthly clean by an external professional cleaner.
