Large prestigious location in country house

This is a small farm in rural Hook, Hampshire. Seeking either someone to take the room full time for a room that has a private bathroom.

Available 24 Oct 2025. Available for one professional that is okay for DBS checks and ideally comfortable with being part of a family home and getting involved with cleaning, checking on Amber, our dog when I’m out and putting bins out each Tuesday night.
We have :

En-suite room £650 ground floor, overlooks farmland and nature reserve.

I’m able to be flexible if you have a dog, cat or child part of the time as well but they have to be child/ family friendly. We cannot accept pets that are not used to children.

Dog must have previously been completely house trained, friendly and cannot be left alone and ideally crate use at night.

I’m needing someone to ensure they are mature, not using it for parties and room ks for the licencee only.
This is a room in someone’s home so a licence not a tenancy. Limited/ Basic sharing of kitchen equipment (kettle, toaster, microwave, small oven, half of cooker). All cutlery, crockery, kitchen cooking equipment and cleaning materials are private and you must provide your own for personal use.

No smoking, no guests, professionals desired,
