This is a small farm in rural Hook, Hampshire. Seeking either someone to take the room full time for the en suite room or there are two rooms currently free.

Available for one professional teacher/ social worker but anything consider that is okay for DBS checks and ideally comfortable with beg part of a family home and getting involved with cleaning, checking on Amber, our dog when I’m out and putting bins out each Tuesday night. Family Court restricted use for property as access to young child staying.

We have :

En-suite room £750 Dual aspect, overlooks farmland and nature reserve.
Second bedroom offers own bathroom but across hall.

Will consider a Mother with visiting co-parenting child.

I’m able to be flexible if you have a dog, cat or child part of the time as well as I’m sure my 7 year old son would love to have a playmate.

Dog must have previously been completely house trained, friendly and cannot be left alone and ideally crate use at night.

I’m needing someone to ensure they are mature, not using it for parties and there is a no-visitor rule similar to other home stay lodgers.
This is a room in someone’s home so a licence not a tenancy.

No smoking, no guests. Must be qualified working professionals (includes working from home, no problem). Would be great to find someone also keen on either healthy lifestyle, gardening, or business minded to cover the current conversations!
