The space
With a brand new kitchen and bathroom, modern open plan living area and huge flat screen TV, this apartment has everything you need for a luxury weekend away. There is also a Nespresso machine, hotel quality linens including towels and toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is brand new so this apartment has everything you need for a luxury break.

The spacious bedroom has a double height ceiling with a TV and plenty of storage and both sofas in the living room fold out to make double sofa beds.

One of the best places on the island to launch a stand up paddle board is located only a few minutes away and there is SUP storage onsite if requested. Surrounded by miles of beautiful shoreline, you can explore for hours and stop one of the many local pubs for a drink or food by the water.
Guest access
The apartment has two allocated parking spaces within in the gated complex which is manned 24 hours a day. Within a few seconds walk you will be at the waters edge where you will find an independent café with views of the sea.

The Round House is an iconic building at the heart of Northney Marina in Hayling Island that began its life as a theatre and later converted to office space. Recently it has been transformed into 21 modern, contemporary apartments with an exceptional interior specification.

Northney Marina offers easy access to the motorway taking you to Gunwharf Quays in 20 minutes one direction and Chichester City Centre in 20 minutes the other. Havant train station is only a 5 minute drive which has direct trains from London.

The drive to Goodwood will take around 30 mins by car, alternatively there is a short taxi journey to Havant Train station where the train will take you to Chichester where Goodwood run a shuttle service.
