A double room is available in a 2 bed house at a private estate of only 23 houses.

There is a high speed fibre broadband in the house, provided by Toob, approx 750mbps.

This residential area is quite, with Lidl/Walnut Tree Farm, Four Horseshoes pubs/David Lloyd Gym/Parthian Climbing centre all within 5 minutes walk. Ordnance Survey headoffice is no more than 5 minutes walk.

The closest bus stop is nearby with Bluestar bus no. 17 Adanac Park stop. The bus service is frequent and very well suited for anyone working at the Southampton General Hospital.

The current tenant works at the hospital and keeps the house in a clean and tidy state.

We are looking for someone who treat the house as if they would their own, respect priavcy and will keep the place clean and tidy.

Happy to consider contract workers who travel to work and require Mon-Fri let only.
