We have a cosy and warm double room in our home . This room is thoughtfully designed for a cosy and comfortable stay, ensuring you feel right at home . This bedroom has a comfy double size bed for a relaxing stay. The room boasts a warm ambience, enhanced by tasteful décor and ample natural light. The room has 3 chest drawers for storage and clothes rack for convenience. The shared bathroom is well-maintained and conveniently located, ensuring you have everything you need for a refreshing stay.

This clean and inviting room offers a comfortable double bed with a handy side table. A dedicated study area with a table, chair, is included. A full-size wall mirror adds convenience.

This is the perfect accommodation for staff working in Southampton General hospital and using park and ride facility as it is 2 minute drive and 5 minute walk from our property. Also the new NHS Decontamination and Aseptic facility is 5 minute walk from our place.

Rent includes all bills i. e. WIFI fibre broadband , water, electricity , gas and council tax .

Would prefer someone who will keep the place clean and tidy and can be trusted to follow the house rules.

The property is situated close to the M27 motorway near the Nursling roundabout, offering easy access for travellers.
