This is my beautiful welcoming home & it’s nestled in a village on the outskirts of Basingstoke- 15min drive, a £12 taxi ride or 30 minute cycle to the station. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house one toward Overton/Winchester the other to Basingstoke. I have a 2 car driveway so a place to safely park yours should you have one.
5 minutes walk down the single track road from my house are fields and woodland if you fancy clearing your mind and breathing in some fresh air! Wellies are a must! I’m a big walker and have a dog.
Dishwasher/washing machine/dryer available.
There is a lounge with a log burner/TV
Open plan kitchen with sofa and pantry
Private garden with a pergola with seating and a BBQ
Includes Council Tax/Broadband.
Happy to discuss how you use elec/water/gas so we can agree whether its included or not. I say this as only because some folks leave all the lights on and take showers for 30minutes… :) I’m a reasonable person
I am happy to provide you with a TV for your bedroom.
