Other facilities: shared kitchen/dining area/bathroom with shower, second toilet downstairs. Lovely sunny garden in the summer with seating and tables.

I have a dog who is well behaved and friendly.

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac in a small residential area between the Deer Park and Odiham's high street. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the local Co-op, various pubs and several eateries.

Nearby access to M3 and main line stations to Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnborough and London.

The local area is popular for country walking or boating on the canal especially in the summer months.
