The house is situated in a quiet residential cul de sac with unrestricted parking close by or on the drive.

I have a young dog who is friendly and enthusiastic.

It's a five minute walk to the Georgian High Street with shops, restaurants, pubs and a Co-op. The area is good for country walking or boating on the canal during the evenings in the summer months. RAF Odiham has a full size swimming pool open to civilians.

Two local train stations: Hook and Winchfield for access to Basingstoke and London. There is also good access to the M3 at Junction 5.
