Broadband with Fibre ASDL. and it has an amazing speed. We are a clean and social house but not party going. A large kitchen with a sink each end, two microwaves and a range for cooking. Cupboard space in kitchen.

We have a bathroom downstairs and a shower room with large shower upstairs.

Parking in drive and a large garden with separate seating areas at the back with trampoline if you like to exercise.

Cost based is for 7 days a week - if you want 5 days a week please ask

The availability is for a large double room

An easy and quick drive of the M3, town and railway station.

Hook is about about 5 mins drive.

The Location

- We are based a short distance away from Junction 6 on the M3 approx 3mins. We live in a village setting. We have the Mini Co-Op (open until late) very near and butcher, grocer, hairdressers, 3 pubs, Chinese takeaway and Oliver's Fish and Chip takeaway and Restaurant at the top of the road. The Village is self contained with plenty of green areas and footpaths, but Basingstoke, Chineham Park and the hospital is only a short drive away about 4 to 7min.

- There are regular buses into Basingstoke town centre

- We are based a short distance from Basingstoke Train Station and The Hampshire Clinic.

Hampshire Court Hotel with spa, swimming, tennis, gym is 3 mins drive.

The deposit is refundable on leaving with no breakages or damages with one month notice on both sides.
