Double room for Rent in a Fresh Modern house which has been newly decorated throughout. The Room has a New Mattress and double bed frame. and there is good WIFI throughout for all your needs. It really is a lovely Warm Fresh Room with its own bathroom which is NOT to be missed.

The House has off road parking if you need it and back garden to relax on sunny days. There is separate Shower and Bath which ever you prefer and a Washing machine and dryer and also dishwasher which makes life easy if your busy on the move. There is a lounge which is shared but I'm easy going when it comes to the TV as I hardly watch it.

I have my own business and am pretty relaxed about most things. The house is located close to a Gym and local shops within a 10 min walk.

Im easy going, relaxed and sociable and enjoy living in a clean, warm, house. Southampton Centre is only a 10min car drive.

Great location for Hamble and very close to the M27 junction so fantastic if you need to commute.
