My house is a 2 bed semi detached .I live in so you would be the only lodger.
The bed room is a large double with bed , wardrobe, chest drawers, bedside table, TV with broadband.
The bathroom /shower is shared ,however I do not require it till 9.
The kitchen has all the facilities you may need and normally out of my dinning area by six
There is a private drive way for parking.
I'm situated 5mins off theM27 Whiteley junction 9 .easy for Whiteley , Southampton, Fareham ,Portsmouth
Our closes pub would be the Talisman ,should u want a nice meal ,with Sainsbury's and the co-op, plus local petrol station just across from there. All within ten min walk of the house.
If u need the train Swanick station is 15min walk from house.
