Large Furnished Double Bedroom

Large sized room, with large wardrobe plus extra storage cupboard. Desk, chair, reclining armchair and double bed. 8 minute walk from Swanwick train station, close to junction 9 of M27. 5 minute walk to a selection of pubs/restaurants, takeaways, shops.

I am a relaxed and easy going guy living at the house with two very friendly dogs. I run AirBnb with my smallest bedroom. I teach Creative Media, do freelance videography, am involved in a filming group and play for the local Snooker league.

A nice quiet household, but I like to have a chat and catch up with house mates. Happy to go with the flo socially - not really looking for a lodger who shuts themselves away in their room the entire time - however, I also very much appreciate my own solo time and respect theirs too.
