5 minutes walk from Swanwick train station with direct routes to Victoria/Waterloo London, Gatwick Express, one mile off M27, JCT 9.
Easy to commute to the Segensworth and Whiteley Industrial Parks, or NATS at Swanwick.
Local shops within 5 minutes walk to Park Gate where there is a Sainsburys Local including ATM, Co-op with Post Office, fruit & veg shop, pharmacy and several restaurants / takeaways. Two petrol stations. Only a short distance further is the Locks Heath centre with a Waitrose and further selection of shops.

As stated earlier its an easy drive to Whiteley shopping complex which has a wide selection of great shops, restaurants and cinema multiplex with sports centre.

Short term contractors welcomed.

The room is available on Mon to Fri basis, as it may be used for visiting family on occasional weekends. Deposit & 1 weeks rent in advance. References required.

We may consider seven days aweek for the right person.
