Description

I hoping to move into a 3 bed flat above a closed shop. There is 1 other vacant large/huge bedroom 14x16ft basically furnished. It also has a good sized kitchen and a large bathroom by modern standards.

It's a bit studenty and I have every intention of making it more pleasant. Even though it's near a busy road it's very quiet inside.

It has off road parking.

The railway station is about 10 minutes walk, Junction 9 of the M27 is less than a mile away, Whiteley about 20 mins walk (given the parking situation there you may prefer to walk) Takeaways, food shops and a pub all within a few minutes walk.

It has had Virgin Broadband so I may get that re-instated. The bills are shared so we will take a group view on this as on everything.

Apologies: The postcode is slightly in error. If you look up Threshers 2 Botley Road then that's the place though the shop is closed.
