It's really close to the excellent Park Gate shops where there is a Sainsburys Local, Coop, fruit & veg shop, pharmacy, Post Office and several restaurants / takeaways. The Locks Heath centre is only a mile away.

We are looking for working professional housemates to share this lovely house. The other housemates are aged between 23 and 31 and have good jobs locally (NATS, vet, accountant, engineer). They are sociable, get on well together and are very welcoming. We try hard to find likeminded housemates.

The house has a spacious shared kitchen / living room with French doors leading out into a gorgeous garden. The kitchen is very well equipped . There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

All rooms have their own TV aerial point and Cat 6 ethernet connections with free superfast Virgin broadband.

Being so close to the station, it would also be great for those who commute to Southampton or Portsmouth but would prefer to live out of the cities. There is easy access to the M27 and it's close to the beautiful South Downs countryside. The house has 4 off-street parking spaces . There is also a lockable bike shed in the garden.
