Beautiful room for 1 in friendly house

Room to rent for a clean and tidy respectful lodger. Preferably one with a neat sense of humour. I’m advertising the room 5 nights a week purely to encourage people wha have another base to hang out at sometimes. This lodger could stay 7 nights a week with a slightly increased fee and be prepared to give me back the room occasionally for friends and family. For this room I would clean it and make the bed with fresh linen each week. Must love cats and therefore be happy to mind her sometimes with the other lodger if I’m away. I made this video a year ago but now there are two of us here. The other room I rent out is upstairs annd occupied. My room is upstairs too as well as a bathroom.( this lodger can use the bath up there occasionally). This room for rent and shower room are on the ground floor as seen in the video. I work part time late shifts only and get home around 21.30. The current lodger is sociable and works long hours and is quiet, private and easy going. I’m quite chatty sometimes especially in the kitchen where we sometimes share a meal. There is a tv aerial in the room and I can shuffle the furniture out if preferred.
