Friendly homeshare

A comfortable room is available in a friendly welcoming home. I'm looking for a friendly, clean, considerate and respectful lodger who would enjoy being part of a relaxed household where people can feel comfortable being themselves. The home is inclusive and welcoming, and I value open-mindedness, kindness and mutual respect.

I have hosted lodgers for many years and really value the experience of sharing my home with someone from a different generation and background.
I enjoy a friendly household where there can be conversation and companionship sometimes while also respecting each other’s independence and privacy. I think house sharing works well when people are comfortable being themselves, have their own lives, and interests, but also enjoy the occasional chat, shared meal or bit of company.

The home would suit someone working regular daytime hours and enjoys their own routine and life outside the home.

The lodger has access to their own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The sitting room is my private space. The Spareroom has its own tv and aerial.

I have a much loved cat so cat lovers appreciated. When I am away I would really appreciate someone who should give her some attention and make sure she is fed, although alternative care would of course be arranged if needed.

Car parking can be arranged/discussed.
