Flatmate needed. Large flat near station.

Hi guys,
Iam looking for somebody to replace me and move in with my current flatmate Harry at the end of May. Iam leaving the flat as Iam going travelling soon after and do not want any ties.
Harry has been a great flatmate for the past 4 months, he's tidy, quiet, works long hours and pays bills on time (the pefect housemate!)
The flat itself is located above The Tile Shop in Petersfield town and is therefore a pretty decent size (flats above shops generally are). The train station is visable from the front door as is a variety of pubs and restaurants/take aways.
The flat has several storage rooms, an attic, bath/shower room/two bedrooms and a good size open plan kitchen/living area.
