The room available is newly redecorated, on the upper floor and shares a bathroom, since the bathroom is shared a female preferred. The room is a good size and has a king size bed, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf and desk.
It’s in a semi detached house in Petersfield, with lovely garden and patio area at the back, very short walk to station and centre. You have shared use of the other rooms and facilities in the house - kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge-freezer etc, lounge and diner.
Rent includes all bills, maintenance of the garden and broadband. There is parking in the road which is a cul de sac. No qualifications for sharing - just to be a considerate and clean sharer - friendly, reliable, easy going, keep your own room clean and willing to do your share of keeping the rest of the house clean.
