Hello, I have a lovely large single bedroom in a modern 4 bedroom townhouse.
The property is located very close to the train station, with easy access to the A3.
The room has it's own toilet (shared bathroom/shower). There is a spacious kitchen/dinner looking out onto south facing decking. Secure parking is available included in the rent. All bills included, except gas and electricity, calculated based on usage.
I am looking for a professional, someone who is quiet, considerate and responsible.
You will be sharing the house with one other female. I am mostly a live away landlady but I come back to Petersfield about 4 times a year.
