Lodger has his/her own well equipped kitchen which is shared with 2 others, each in their own bed/sitting room.

Landlady in permanent residence, has own facilities downstairs. Uses shower/bath room and washing machine/drying facilities upstairs, during lodgers' working hours.

Each lodger maintains her/his own room to a high standard. Best hygiene is essential in kitchen and bathroom. All cleaning aids supplied by landlady for ease in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Each user of washing machine supplies his/her own products.

This is a harmonious and discreet warm home where lodgers often stay for years. Each lodger has individual requirements which we endeavour to meet/negotiate.

The room is only ever available for single occupancy.

Station Road, in Petersfield, is very busy; sound of traffic, from the road, may not be convenient for some.

Excellent WiFi. Basic TV supplied. Virgin cable TV/'Phone available at lodger's choice. According to TV Licensing rules, each lodger has his/her own TV License.

Two minutes walk, from the front door, there is private off street parking, at additional cost.

This is a 100% No Smoking home.

Not suitable for those with allergy to cats. Landlady has two of her own.

Regret not suitable for vegetarians, only because residents are not.
