I am looking for someone to come and rent out my-self contained flat which is part of my family home. It's is a double room which is fully furnished. Virgin media, a flat screen TV and a TiVo box are included. There is a kitchen area and an en-suite bathroom. There is off road parking. We would share the front door access but the accommodation advertised is self-contained with its own bathroom and kitchen, including washing machine.
All bills are included.
I am a 36 year old single mum, but my children spend every other weekend with their dad.
We have a pet dog who is very friendly!
The applicant must like children!!
