Perfect location in Petersfield

Large, spacious and light room in a big flat conveniently located on the high street of Petersfield . Local shops, restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The location really is perfect. I am a chilled out and easy going guy looking for someone to share my living space with who is clean, respectful and sociable. I work from home as a videographer so will be staying in the flat for most of days. I enjoy living in peaceful place so if you are a party animal who likes all the house parties in their own room then that's not for you unfortunately . Otherwise i've got no requirements , common sense and personality is all I ask for .
