Large attic room overlooking Portsmouth harbour with panoramic views of the harbour and the sea. Also includes single use of further room useful for storage. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Garden and off street parking. Females preferably. I am quiet and prefer similar. Although friendly and personable I tend to keep to myself and allow my lodger the same privacy. The room has double bed, arm chair, desk, TV with Netflix, balcony, wardrobe, chest of drawers, separate space includes fridge wardrobe and further storage. There is shared use of washing machine and dryer. I have a small dog.

Portchester is part of Fareham. Not far from the motorway to Southampton and Portsmouth. I am a 15 minute walk from Portchester Castle along the shoreline.
