House share In 3 bedroom modern property.

We are a live in couple with a large double room to rent in a spacious modern property. The room has been recently refurbished.

We are a clean, fun and proffesional household and you will have full access to a modern kitchen and living space with gorgeous views over Portsmouth harbour. There are two bathrooms in the property which have both been recently renovated.

It is a short walk to the train station and bus stop, and close driving distance onto the M27. I am also a short distance to the Queen Alexandra Hospital.

Ideally looking for a professional female but will consider other options. Available for full 7 days or Mon-Fri let.
