A 10 min walk to the train station and a very short drive to local motorway links.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a large desk/dressing table with a few draws.
Room only with full use of garden, bathroom and kitchen including appliances - fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
I am looking for a professional female or male aged from 25+ they would need to be tidy, clean and respectful.
Monday to Friday lets would also be considered for £400 a month.
