Double room with a built in wardrobe, flat itself is furbished with all basic conveniences, electric oven, microwave, washing machine. The room itself is unfurnished. I own 3 cats and they have free roam so an animal friendly person is necessary. Looking ideally for a non smoker. Flat has Sky and broadband Wi Fi. Ample private parking outside the building, shops, train station, doctors surgery all within a 5 minute walk.
