Double Room Available

I have a double room available immediately. It is in a three bedroomed house with a garage, on road parking and gardens back and front. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a popular and pleasant area of Portchester and is easily accessible by public transport and near the shops. There is a good sized living room and kitchen/diner. For part of the year my son lives with me when he is on leave from the merchant navy. I am easy going and tidy minded. I enjoy sociable company and would like a similar easy going person to share with.
