A large double bedroom available in a large detached house, 2 min walk to train and bus links in Portchester. There is also plentiful street parking in the surrounding roads.

Internet, fibre, along with all bills included, including a fortnightly cleaner and includes your bathroom and contribution towards the upkeep of the communal areas.

The room is furnished with a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, two chest of drawers, tv stand and a bedside table.

You will have your own shower room (downstairs) and shared use of the kitchen/diner which has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. This room is for single occupancy.

Lets under three months are negotiable but rent will be increased to £575 a month.

Mon-Fri lets would reduce monthly rent to £475 a month.

We are a professional couple, and we are looking for a likeminded, respectful housemate, who is clean and tidy. This is our home, not a shared house.
