Looking for 2 replacement tenants for our twodio!

Hi everyone!

My sister and I are looking for two students to take over our tenancies in a two-dio at St James Street accommodation. The two-dio has two bedrooms and a shared kitchen and bathroom. Each bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobe, desk, study chair, television, shelving, and a soft chair. You will also have access to the communal areas at Middle Street, including the onsite gym, social hub, gaming area, and grab-and-go breakfast.

The tenancy agreement is with Collegiate. The tenancy end date is 19/07/2025, and the rent is £186.00 per person per week, all bills included. The rent has to be paid in two installments. You must be a student to live here. You can move in from June (exact date to be confirmed).
