A very spacious room with plenty of cupboard space.

Currently we have 5 others living at the premise, who are all very decent people.

Available to couples, however the rent will go up to cover the extra expenses.

We have secure car parking to the rear of the building but this comes with a £120 charge per month, alternatively you can apply for local parking licence.

All bills are included with fair use policy in effect.
Bedding and cutlery in the kitchen is not included.

A clean property where the tenants are responsible for the cleaning. We do have a cleaning lady that who pops in once per week in order to back up the entire cleaning procedure.

A large balcony with a good view.

2 x washing machines, 1 x large dryer

You will need to pass a reference check in order to qualify if you are interested.

We would encourage meeting the existing housemates also.
