Double Room (All Bills Inc) - Close To Gunwharf

Hi there,

Renovated four bedroom house (only ever 3 occupied max) a stone's throw away from Gunwharf Quays. I let out two rooms to lodgers and one is about to leave, so one more is available.

I have two spare rooms to choose from of differing prices due to their sizes. One room is a well sized, ground floor double room and the other is a double room on the first floor. They both come furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers and bedside table. If anything else is needed, I'm more than happy to purchase it - within reason! Aside from your room, you would have the use of the kitchen/diner in which I have a TV, table, chairs and a couple of comfortable chairs. I have decent and reliable broadband which you would also be welcome to use.

My other lodger is a working professional. I am only looking for non-smokers in housemates. If you're interested in having wild house-parties this probably isn't the place for you.
