The modern fitted kitchen has 2 x Ovens, Hobs and Extractor fans, 1 x Dishwasher, 1 X Washing machine, 1 x Tumble Dryer and 1 x Washer/Dryer, 2 x Fridge/Freezers, 1 x Microwave.

Patio door leads out to a fully decked courtyard with seating area and wall mounted hooks to store and lock your bike, should you require.

All communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Pro Pods approved housekeeping company.

An additional service can be provided to tenants which can include a change of bed linen and towels, room hoovered and ensuite cleaned (additional costs apply).

You can take advantage of our optional linen package which is £99 and have your bed made up on arrival! You also get to keep the linen for when you move on!

The property is located in Portsmouth Road, Cosham, and is close to the High Street as well as QA Hospital, Lakeside Business Centre. Cosham train station is less than a minutes walk, as well as bus routes in and out of Portsmouth.
