Looking for a friendly person to share our family home. We are located just off the Eastern road in a modern townhouse with easy access to motorway, city amenities and bus route/ train station.

All bills included in rent (including fibre optic wifi).

Use of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, downstairs toilet

We don't mind if you are a Mon - Fri person who keeps themselves to themselves or if you are here full time.
