Must be non smoker. Baffins area of Portsmouth off Langston road, close to all main bus links and approximately 15 minutes walk to Fratton station.
Our house is very clean and tidy and quiet and have a cat also.
Use of kitchen, garden, bedroom, dining room, bathroom.
We don’t mind Monday- Friday person who keeps themselves to themselves or a student.
