The house consist of 9 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms/shower rooms with some rooms being en-suites. And it's the most unassuming place you will ever view!

There is a very large dining kitchen with a tastefully finished kitchen island and bar stools. Plus ample cupboard space.
A cleaner visits every week to keep the communal areas clean and tidy.

Next to it, there is a comfortable reception room with a TV and FULL SKY PACKAGE included.

Leading of the kitchen, there is a good size outside patio space with bicycle storage and seating area, and washing lines.

All Bills (such as 200MB VIRGIN Broadband, Electricity, Water, Council Tax etc) are INCLUDED in the rent.

There is an option to rent the room without a deposit but we would require you to have a guarantor who is a UK homeowner and in fulltime employment.
